Gerold & Partners

These are our standard terms of business. Any signed contract or written agreement between Gerold & Partners and the client will supersede these terms.

Candidate Ownership

Gerold & Partners retains exclusive rights to any candidate introduced to a client for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction. During this period, the client agrees not to engage, hire, or otherwise enter into any employment relationship with the candidate without compensating Gerold & Partners according to the agreed fee structure.

Fee Structure

Our standard fee is 25% of the candidate's total guaranteed compensation in their first year of employment. Guaranteed compensation includes:

• Base salary
• Guaranteed bonus (if applicable)
• Sign-on bonus (if applicable)
• Other guaranteed compensation elements

Payment Terms

Fees are due within 30 days of the candidate's start date. Payment terms may be negotiated for specific engagements.

Confidentiality

All information shared between Gerold & Partners and the client, including candidate details, search specifications, and business information, will be treated as strictly confidential.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
