Role Description - Investment Associate
◼ Financial modelling and quantitative analysis to evaluate investment opportunities.
◼ Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and due diligence to support investment decisions.
◼ Prepare high-quality investment memoranda, presentations, and transaction documentation for senior management and investment committees.
◼ Prepare asset management reports, tracking performance metrics, and analysing potential exit strategies.
◼ Actively participate in weekly team meetings to discuss ongoing transactions, pipeline opportunities, and market developments.
Qualifications
◼ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university in finance, economics, business, engineering, or a related field, with an outstanding academic track record.
◼ 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, real estate, consulting, or related field.
◼ Financial modelling and valuation skills, with a deep understanding of accounting, financial statements, and cash flow analysis.
◼ Excellent work ethic, humble, proactive, attention to detail and ability to excel in a team environment.
◼ Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
◼ Required full working proficiency in English. Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German and/or French language skills are helpful but not required.
