The Firm
Our client is a well-capitalised, technology-enabled multi-family office with a European footprint, backed by a consortium of prominent entrepreneurial families. Founded by practitioners with deep alternative investment pedigrees, the firm provides UHNW families and entrepreneurs with access to private equity, private debt, venture capital, and bespoke portfolio construction — differentiated by a proprietary investment platform and a rigorous, unconstrained approach to alternatives allocation.
The Opportunity
The firm is expanding its Iberian and Latin American presence and is seeking a seasoned senior hire who can bring an established, portable book of UHNW and family office relationships to the platform. This is a principal-level role with meaningful economics tied directly to revenue originated and retained.
Responsibilities
• Transfer and deepen an existing €500m+ UHNW client book
• Originate new mandates from Spanish and LatAm family offices
• Act as senior relationship owner for a defined client set
• Communicate investment strategy and facilitate onboarding
• Work closely with portfolio construction and alternatives team
• Contribute to building the firm's Spanish hub and regional brand
Candidate Profile
• 15+ years in private banking, wealth management, or multi-family office
• Portable book of €500m+ from UHNW or family office relationships
• Demonstrable client continuity across prior institutional transitions
• Deep Spanish market coverage; LatAm experience a strong differentiator
• Fluent Spanish; English required, further languages valued
• Comfortable as senior individual contributor and regional founding figure
Compensation
• €200–250k base salary + net revenue participation (up to 50% of net revenue generated)
